Ben 10

Hari Jumaat adalah hari merentas Desa sekolah. Lepas "hantar" cakes kepada tuan punya masing2, aku pun bersiap-siap untuk melaksanakan tugas hakiki aku. Seperti biasa, aku jadi jurugambar sekolah. Kena round satu Taman Putri, untuk ambil shot2 untuk dimuatkan dalam diari sekolah, dan majalah sekolah, dan untuk pihak2 tertentu menyiapkan report. Of course, aku sangat suka tugas ni, sebab aku ni jenis tak reti duduk diam. Then, Maria request untuk buat cupcakes Ben 10 untuk adiknya, dan 3 biji oreo cheesecakes untuk di deliver sabtu pagi sebelum dia balik ke Melaka. Aku pun mcm serba salah sbb biasanya request ni dtg 2-3 hari sebelum, supaya aku bole `study' sikit apa yg aku nak decorate. Tapi, oleh sebab dia mcm bersungguh-sungguh, aku pun kata ok. tapi, aku pun pesan dgn dia, jgn expect yang superb sbb aku tak penah design Ben 10. tapi dia kata yang simple2 pun takpe. so, selepas waktu bekerja, aku pun balik ke rumah, cuba tgk2 T-shirt Ben 10 Azim dan surf sikit2 internet. To be honest, aku pun tak berapa puas hati dengan hasilnya, tapi ok lah dgn tempahan kurang 24 jam.

aku dan Creamwell

sebelum hari persekolahan akan bercuti sempena tahun Baru Cina, I received a lot of orders from friends, those were 2 boxes of cupcakes, 1 birthday cake, and 5 oreo cheesecakes. So, deciding to give them homemade and fresh bakery, I did ALL of them on Friday night. I don't mind burning the midnight oil, just to serve the best to my customer. So, I bought about 3 kilos of CreamWell from a new supplier. Tetapi, alamak, the night I want to decorate the cakes, the colour did not turn as what I have expected!! Sedihnya...tengoklah warna hijau yang tak "naik", tak ceria langsung. Abis tu, takkan lah aku nak abiskan satu botol colour Wilton tu? aku pun buat je lah apa yang terdaya, letting the customer knows about it, hopefully diaorg tak serik. Creamwell tu mungkin tidak mempunyai kualiti yang baik sebab, time aku genggam kat tangan (of course la dlm piping bag), creamwell tu akan cair dengan jayanya, making the cakes look messy. sumpah aku takmo beli creamwell kat kedai tu lagi, sbb sebelum ni aku beli kat Bakewell Larkin, atau even Hup Ye Kulai pun, kualitinya sgt baik, and the colour turns very zesty.

oreo cheesecake

too much of baking cakes and cupcakes, on 20th JanuaryI decided to make a traditional kuih for my family (psssttt...especially for my mother in law) and to my friends. At the same time, trying to fulfill Nuzinara's oreo cheesecake order.

delivery service

sebarang delivery tempahan di sekitar Kulai, Felda Taib Andak, Felda Pasir Raja, Bandar Tenggara adalah PERCUMA. Manakala di kawasan-kawasan seperti Senai, Skudai, Kota Tinggi hanya akan dijalankan pada hujung minggu dengan charge RM10 sahaja. Penghantaran adalah direct ke rumah penerima.

Today is a working day. Have to replace the CNY holiday beforehand. However, I have managed to make cupcakes and oreo cheesecake ordered by Linda (the office staff) and Cikgu Mardzlinda last night. Then, Linda told me " sedapnya kek kak intan, rasa mcm tak nak bagi org makan". Hehehehe... boleh la order lagi ya! Last week also, I received my name card made by Apiz from Jentat Sdn Bhd in Kluang. Thanx Kak Noi for the recommendation!

Cupcakes

I've got this order from the officemate. They share as they only want around 4 pcs per person. That would be fine for me, as long as they are 16 pcs. They like this pattern on January, I maybe want to call this pattern as "January Blossom".

Cake Deco Class

Well. as I have said earlier, I am not ashamed to say that I am still in the learning process. Therefore, I attended cake deco class handled by my previous teacher - Kak Eyna. She thought me well, and I was soooo satisfied. I got a lot of tips and trick from her. So, here they are!

Ya Allah, banyaknya kerja! Maklumlah baru naik sekolah. Tengoklah cubicle aku yang bersepah ni, tak larat nak tgk. Tapi, kerja hakiki tetap no 1, bakery ni buat tambah2 beli Enfagrow A+ Batrisyia. These two pictures show 2 Oreo Cheesecakes ordered by Zatul and Pn Lim. Cupcakes ni pulak, di order oleh Maria untuk diberi kepada students yang membuat kerja kursus yang baik. Sebab tu tulis Well Done. Sekali lagi, tak sempat nak ambik gambar, bila tinggal 3 pcs, baru teringat. Heeee... apa lah aku nih!

Hari ni, hari pertama persekolahan. Busy sesangat. I was assigned to be the form teacher of 4 Science. Hmmm kelas A lagi. Last year pun kelas A (5 Science). Aku bukannya tak suka, tapi kelas ni banyak tanggungjawabnya, dan expectationnya pun tinggi. Err...apapun, di sebalik kerunsingan tu, sempat juga buatkan Oreo Cheesecake yang diorder Kak Hairiah (Ketua Bidang Sains Sosial) dengan Chocolate Moist Cake yang diorder Noorhasline (cikgu Pendidikan Seni). Selalunya lepas buat, tak sempat ambik gambar. Kali ni, aku nak belajar ambik gambar product walau sesibuk manapun (baik utk strategi pemasaran).Lepas diaorg test sikit, memasing nak order jugak. Maria dgn cupcakes nya, Zatul dgn Oreo Cheesecake nya, Pn Lim dengan Blueberry Cheesecake nya. Ok lah, Khamis ni dapat la, pastu ngap lah sepuas-puasnya. Hehehehe

Photography? minat tu dah lama ada. cuma bila aku sibuk buat Masters kat UTM aritu, kehidupan aku sgt2 fully occupied. takde masa untuk hobby selain mengabiskan duit membikin keta (aaargghh...aku dgn laki aku sama je). pastu bila Masters aku dah siap, mula la aku termangu-mangu sebab masa banyak terluang. last2 aku berinternet dgn jayanya dan aku ter-klik kat gambo ni. YES, ini lah yg aku cari-cari sebab kat sekolah, selalu berebut kamera sekolah, sedangkan aku lah jurugambar rasmi sekolah (Pengetua tgk aku aktif mcm jantan agaknya). tapi jarang berpeluang nak pegang kamera sekolah. last2 tanpa pengetahuan hubby aku yang tercinta, aku beli je N60 ni dgn kitlens atas nasihat kawan2 aku dalam community snapshot di http://www.protonmania.com/. ok lah for the beginners. yang penting aku tak yah berebut kamera lagi kat sekolah. pastu, bila aku bawak balik umah, hubby aku pulak yg terover-exited. dia yg sibuk explore sana sini, but i'm happy sebab besides cupcakes, I have found this field as me and my husband's new interest.
